Rancho Guejito Wedding venue rentals for up to 250 guests start at $5,000. A wedding planner is required. Here are the detailed venue rental fees for 2024 & 2025:
Low Season (December-March):
Monday-Wednesday: $5,000
Thursday: $6,000
Friday: $7,000
Saturday: $8,000
High Season (April-November):
Monday-Wednesday: $6,000
Thursday: $7,000
Friday: $9,000
Saturday: $10,000
Note: No tax or service charges are added. No events on Sundays.

Yes, couples are welcome to bring their own vendors. We believe every wedding should reflect the unique love of the couple, and we're excited to offer a flexible vendor policy. Additionally, we can provide a list of recommended vendors for you to choose from if needed.

Bars: Bars for Cocktail Hour and Reception
Heaters: (16) Heaters (*Propane is an additional charge)

Yes, you can provide your own alcohol for weddings at Rancho Guejito. However, couples are required to purchase Rancho Guejito's wine for events, with a minimum of ten bottles for every 25 drinking guests. Beer, ciders, and seltzers are BYO, provided they are served by a licensed bartender or company. Hard alcohol is allowed during your reception but not during cocktail hour due to permit restrictions.

Once you pay the venue fee, you're free to choose a variety of wedding vendors and event management services that best suit your needs, allowing you to spend money on what's most important to you. Typically, couples spend between $28,000 and $50,000, depending on factors like guest count, choice of wedding coordinator, catering, and other vendors such as DJs, bands, florals, photography, and videography.

Yes, Rancho Guejito Weddings & Events requires a wedding coordinator. A coordinator ensures that your wedding day runs smoothly and according to your vision. Our Venue Manager will collaborate with your coordinator to ensure everything is perfectly set up. If you need a coordinator, our Venue Manager can provide a list of trusted vendors we've worked with before and highly recommend.
